By attending any IOW Adventure Girls UK activity, you are agreeing to the terms of this disclaimer. When you participate in an IOW Adventure Girls UK activity, please be aware you are responsible for yourself, and it is entirely at your own risk. You must be at least 18 years of age. IOW Adventure Girls UK activities will involve a degree of physical activity such as hiking and swimming. It is your responsibility to ensure that you participate within your own physical limits, considering any medical conditions you may have. Any location at which any IOW Adventure Girls UK activity is held is entirely at your own risk.

 

The Environment

 

When participating in any IOW Adventure Girls UK activity, ensure you protect the environment. You are responsible for any belongings you may bring with you to any and agree to take all belongings including rubbish away with you. Ensure you respect nature and any animals you may encounter, making sure not to disturb their natural habitat.

 

Photography and filming

 

During IOW Adventure Girls UK activities, you may be photographed or filmed. By participating in a meet-up, you agree that photography and videography can be captured for use on social media pages, our website or used for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please let the event organiser know at the start of the activity taking place.
